The terms governing your booking and use of our services.
By submitting an inquiry or proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.
Chef Donovan Smith provides bespoke private dining and culinary experience services. Each engagement is personalised to the client and confirmed through direct communication. The scope, menu, and logistics of each event will be agreed upon prior to the booking being confirmed. We reserve the right to decline any inquiry at our sole discretion.
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit, the amount of which will be communicated during the inquiry process. A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and acknowledged. Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking.

Clients are solely responsible for disclosing all dietary restrictions, food allergies, and intolerances for all guests prior to the event. Chef Donovan will make reasonable efforts to accommodate all disclosed requirements. We cannot accept responsibility for any adverse reactions arising from information that was not disclosed to us before the event.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that: all event details provided at the time of booking are accurate and complete; the venue has adequate kitchen facilities, utilities, and access for the chef and team; any required permissions to cook at the venue have been obtained; and the environment is safe for our team to work in. Additional costs resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client may be charged at our discretion.
All menus, recipes, creative concepts, photographs, and written content developed by or for Chef Donovan Smith remain his intellectual property. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Chef Donovan Smith's total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with a booking shall not exceed the total fees paid for that specific booking. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of enjoyment or opportunity.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of The Bahamas.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
